The situation in the Ukraine is not changing the perspective of many fleet managers on diesel. On-site refueling may get delayed if wholesalers hold back on deliveries due to insecurity about international markets.

Although it remains to be seen if the global production of refinery products will be significantly affected other than price hikes due to increased demand, securing diesel for heavy construction equipment can get more difficult than just sending a quick automated mail to your supplier.
